Request an Appointment

I’d like to make an appointment.

  • Does the doctor have any openings for today?

  • Would I be able to see a doctor, on May 28th, for a physical?

  • I was wondering if I could bring my daughter/son in this morning?

  • Could I reschedule my appointment?  Something came up.

  • What about this afternoon?

  • How about Friday the 11th at 2:30 p.m.?

Accept and Confirm Appointment

  • Thank you.  That will be great.

  • So that’s Monday, June 11th at 3:30 p.m. 

  • Tomorrow is fine.

  • Okay, 1:30 p.m. tomorrow.
